Can't work, living in car now

It's so much worse in a car constantly. The loud nosies, constant machines, when I try to go to nature even that is overstimulating. It's like I can't get away. I was doordashing, but I can't even handle that now. I burnt myself out last month. My ear plugs suck cause then all I hear is my tendonitis

I got a grant for mental health help, but I won't see meds until March 11.. if approved for medicaid. I'm constantly having a panic attacks.. Exhausted and don't see the point in trying any more
