Refund request
Ordered a Nike jacket from an eBay merchant on 23rd of December. It’s flying intl so it was supposed to arrive by the 15th of Jan. To this day (18/01), the shipment tracking shows that the jacket hasn’t even been shipped. I sent a query about this to afterpay team and got an email back the next day (see photo). I’m so confused by it all. I opened up a dispute with eBay now. Does anyone know what happens next? Afterpay sent me a payment reminder a few hours before this email was sent to me. I don’t want to pay for an item that isn’t coming, plus I’ve already waited three weeks… thanks.
