My fiance hears voices no one else hears

I (F)45 (M) 41 have been on an emotional rollercoaster with this. My fiancé is not on drugs . He says he’s been diagnosed with Bipolar Hypertension, PTSD, and depression. He has been hearing voices that he says are men planning to harm him for the past year. He has called the police and there’s no evidence. We have relocated several times bc of this even treatment. The voices don’t go away. He has even accused me of saying “kill him” in my sleep through my snoring. I broke up with him before bc it caused him to attack me once bc he thought I was conspiring. My family tells me to stay away but I really am hoping things will change with proper treatment. Now he’s refusing to get help bc he truly feels the voices are real. Again, we are engaged so I’m struggling with the “Through sickness and health part” but when he started saying I’m involved with these so-called voices it’s really freaking me out. Has anyone else been through something like this?
