how to start basic adulting at 19?

i’m starting my sophomore yr in college and i’m yet to get an apartment or get a car, how do i adult? i never learned to drive and i’m so embarrassed, i don’t even know how to start?

if anyone could provide some advice or tips i would be so thankful. where do i even begin to look at apartments or cars? i work at a restaurant for minimum wage and currently trying to get a new job. how do i even get a good job??

i’m just so lost and anxious.
