Extreme side effects from only 20mg

I started my course 5 days ago and I’m on my 5th dose of Zenetane 20mg for very mild but persistent acne. I’ve had terrible insomnia and vivid dreams (which I’ve actually really enjoyed) and have felt wrecked on both the initial and fifth day of treatment, imagine your worst ever hangover. I’ve felt extremely dissociated, my head has been spinning and I’ve felt like I either can’t sleep or could fall asleep at random points in the day and not wake up. On the second day I had an intense burning in my urethra which I’ve never had before and sat on the toilet for at least an hour trying to pass pee that felt like fire. I’ve woken up with a really stiff painful toes and my head feels like it’s in a pressure chamber. Is this normal with starting isotretinoin and will subside? I’ve already planned to quit my treatment as I’d rather have acne than go through this hell.

I’m sorry to dump this on you guys I just need support right now as I’m scared and can’t get hold of my derm until Monday and need a hug/advice :(
