How to get Accutane in France (the process)

Hello guys, I’m on accutane since one month. I might be in France for an internship for about 3 months and I don’t want to stop accutane 🥺! I actually live in Germany so I got German health insurance but I have no idea how to continue with accutane in France. My doctor told me that i should figure out how to get it in France. Does anyone have any experiences ?

And another question I’m not purging at all ? Is it ok ? But my lips are so dry what should I use to make them stop bleeding twice a week lmao Is it normal to start getting results from the first month and if so why did my doctor told me that I should be on accutane for about 8 months.
