SKIN CARE: - la roche posay gentle hydrating face wash - La roche posay cicaplast balm b5 (this is the Hail Mary, great for skin irritation anywhere) - Vaseline - Thick oily sunscreen that turns your skin WHITE

OVERVIEW: - Month 1-3: all of my black heads fell out (and I had a lot), like they were squeezed from inside. Skin became extremely dry, like my face, scalp and legs. Showering like 1 time a week. Purging began and acne would appear randomly on my face especially cheeks and stay for at least 2-3 weeks; - Month 3-5: lips became extremely dry, skin was less dry and I wasn’t needing lotion all the time. Able to shower every day. - Month 6: skin finally acne-less! Lips still dry

supplements: - Don’t take any supplements (usually have a lot of vitamin A)

SIDE EFFECTS: - dry itchy skin - Dry painful BM (take fish oil to help) - Dry lips - Random pimples throughout the whole process
