Interview Tomorrow

I have an interview Tommorow with a holdings company I don’t even have a job description. It’s lateral pay, title drop from manager back to senior. But they promise 100% WLB & 3/2 hybrid. What do you guys think? The Lack of job description makes me think they don’t even know what they want.
