Resetting to km after every restart

Had a quick question for yall. Have a 2020 GLC43, and am having an issue with the distance resetting to km pretty much every time I start the vehicle. I’ve checked the Mercedes me app, and it’s set to miles, battery shows as partially charged on the app. All other setting are kept the same, but it just resets to km for distance. Anyone else ever had this issue, or any other ideas? I’m considering changing the battery just in case that was the problem, but figured I’d check and see if there were any other ideas.
