My pc froze constantly and my gpu got disabled

So it’s started like two days ago, my pc suddenly freeze but the pc still working, i restart the pc and check the device manager just to found out that my gpu got disable ( radeon 580 series ) i enable it but the same problem keep happening over and over again anyway to solve this problem?
