GPU clock automatically change and get too high, causing crashes
GPU CLOCK automatically set TOO HIGH. MAX AROUND 2450MHZ, IT sets by itself at 2670MHZ

GPU: RADEON RX 6700
CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X
Motherboard: Asus tuf x570-plus wifi (just changed, problem not solved)
BIOS Version: I check if needed
RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident.Z 3200Mhz
PSU: sharkoon silentstorm 750w (just changed, problem not solved)
Case: Cooler Master MasterCase
Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 19045
GPU Drivers: AMD software adrenalin edition: 22.11.2
Chipset Drivers: I check if needed
Background Applications: DISCORD
Description of Original Problem: when I use my pc, GPU clock randomly set to 2670 Mhz, causing crash of games and applications. when I put it at the right clock and apply it, after a bit it returns at 2670Mhz by itself. i can't use my pc like that. (i tried changing it from adrenalin software, as well as msi afterburner.)
