AITAH for sifting through photos

I found myself sifting through some old photos of my dad and sister when he suddenly dropped a bombshell: he had a stroke, and shortly after, his sister passed away because he couldn’t breathe. It was a whirlwind of emotions, and then he awkwardly mentioned, “Oh, my bad! I didn’t realize you had a picture of my sister. I just saw you on the news after that terrible accident.”
