Am I Screwed?

So I'm 17 and in my senior year of high school. I plan to try and commission through AFROTC in college. However, when I was 9 or 10 I was diagnosed with ADHD. I haven't taken any medication since I was 12, but I do have an active IEP. My GPA is great, and I'll be graduating with highest honors. I know, I've proven that I don't need medication, but I'm worried about having the IEP. How likely am I to be able to get a waiver for this?
