Starting Concerta today

Hi all, after much trial and error with non-stimulants I finally got my psych to let me try stimulants. As ADHD runs heavy in my family almost all of them take Concerta now so we thought that was the best place to start. I’m on the lowest dose in addition to 1mg Intuniv and an anti-depressant I’ve been on for years. I was wondering what are side effects you all felt either starting Concerta or other stimulants and is it normal/do they go away once I’m used to taking it?

Took my first one today and it’s mostly been okay but I’ve been a little shakey and have had the poops (sorry lol). Doesn’t seem crazy yet so I was just wondering if this is normal and if it gets better. Thanks!
