A question for all….do you binge/emotional eat?

do you binge/emotional eat often?

bad or stressful thoughts flooding your brain = eat

feeling super happy = eat

start to feel sick from over eating and feel crap about yourself = keep eating!!!!

It’s a constant cycle for me, even when medicated. I do it so often and actually catch myself halfway through a snack and being like omg how did I get here. I actually don’t know how people recognise their hunger cues. I will be feeling physically sick and so over full from eating and will just keep going until I fall asleep.

What are some tips to overcoming this? Or at least, please tell me I am not the only one!!!!
