What were people saying when they found out Eazy-E had aids?

I read so many different stories about him, I know some people think he was on the down low. I know Michelle his artist said he allegedly had it for 7 or 8 years if I'm not mistaken. I know some people said he was gay, because they said it was a gay disease. But when people found out he had aids, what were people's thoughts and what were people saying about it? I don't believe in the conspiracy theories, that he was injected with AIDS and makes no sense to me. I know some people are going to say his children don't have it, but how do we know that they don't?
