What time does Track update?

I’m an international student who missed her offer quite narrowly. I hold international qualifications and my application was put on hold by Edinburgh two months ago pending the results of A-Level applicants. By what time tomorrow can I expect a final decision from them on UCAS? I’ve seen some people say that it can take over a day or two as well.

Although my miss in grades is quite narrow (just 3 marks, that too in a subject that isn’t required. I exceeded my other conditions), I’m terrified I won’t get in. My course (CS) is in clearing for international students, so does that change things?

Also, in case I don’t receive anything tomorrow by the expected time, should I ring them up for their decision?
