Looking for Disney Cars 3D Models

My son is turning 2 later this month and we’re having a Cars themed party for him. I can’t seem to find toys for sale anywhere of the original Cars movie Radiator Springs crew (Sally, Doc, Red, Sarge, Luigi, etc.), I also can’t seem to find 3D files anywhere either. My son will comment on this post in 15 years or so thanking you all.
