what glue to use for tpu to tpu?

been looking i here the name e60000 but some say it just peels off wen you use it note i am in new zealand so needs to be sold here as shipping cost a lot for stuff like this one tube of e60000 costs 50nzd all up any clue were to get something that is ez to find here is what i am making
