how to get xbox original games onto my external hard drive?
So I recently got a RGH xbox 360 and I am trying to put a ton of xbox 360 and original xbox games onto it to have a big collection on it, the ultimate collection, i bought two Seagate 2TB hard drives to store the games on and connect to the xbox 360.
So im in the process of trying to put games onto it from my pc. And running into a ton of problems.
First they were formatted as exFAT by default and weren't being detected by the xbox, so I formatted them to FAT32, but then I was having trouble putting the ISO's onto the hard drives because the max file size allowed was 4GB
if I tried transfer any game it would pop up saying file too big and that 4GB is the max size. So alot of googling later I found that using a tool called "iso2god" I could change the xbox 360 ISO's into GoD format, which since it was no longer one big file but instead many small files I was able to transfer to the FAT32 HDD and it played fine on the xbox 360 when I plugged in the HDD to test.
But I'm still stuck on what to do with xbox original games, I found that using a tool called "xbox image browser" I could turn the ISO file into many smaller files like with the "iso2god" tool, but it's alot slower and there doesn't seem to be any option to do more than one ISO at a time. Which is going to make things so much slower since I have hundreds maybe even over a 1000 games to transfer to the hard drives.
So.... is there a better way of formatting the original xbox games, a different, faster tool what can do batches of ISO's not just one at a time? Or a better way to bypass the 4GB FAT32 problem. Because I have a ton of games to do.
Also if there's a better way to do all this please tell me because I'm pretty lost scouring the Internet for answers and methods on how to achieve this all. All I want is to put all my xbox original and xbox 360 games on my xbox 360 RGH from my pc and be able to play them all. But trying to find a good method is a real time consuming headache. So if anyone can help me, and shed some light on this that would be awesome, thanks
