RGH on Xbox 360 Falcon - "console not found" error

Tried doing an RGH on my Xbox 360 Falcon and made a mistake. Instead of soldering directly to the pins, I used a needle to push out the material and threaded wires through, soldering on the opposite side. Now I’m getting a "console not found" error, and one of the LED rings is broken, so I’m not sure if it’s a 3 or 4 ring error.

Any tips on what I can do to salvage this?
