Hi guys does anyone know what this redness and texture is on my cheeks?

It has been like this for years, I have a very basic routine of cerave hydrating cleanser and crevave tub moisturiser. If anyone has any tips or recommendations to help reduce this I'd be very grateful! My skin is very sensitive and acne prone
