what would be the cheapest laptop/tablet option to play runescape at work?

I work a overnight job that basically allows me to play runescape(nowhere in the handbook does it say i cant play runescape) so wondering what the cheapest option for a laptop/tablet would be to let me play at work. the job is a little messy so i basically gotta not care about this thing at all. any recommendations
