Zoloft + hydroxyzine

I’m on day 3 of my switch from buspar/buspirone to Zoloft and have had intense panic attacks everyday, feeling like I’m just going crazy and tired, it does only last about 2 hours then when I’m out of it I’m totally fine for the rest of the day, I feel great actually. It’s super weird. I told my dr and she said I need time to transfer from buspar to Zoloft. The attacks are so bad though, to where I want to give up but she prescribed me hydroxyzine to take with Zoloft at night and I’m kind of terrified because I don’t want to torture myself again. I’m thinking of just stopping and trying natural ways instead but that didn’t really work for me the first time. Anyways, does anyone have any experience with the two at night? Does hydroxyzine help?
