Andromeda vs Cutty I just can't decide

I'm going to be grinding for a while so that I can get either the Andromeda or the Cutlass Black.

The purpose would be to have my two friends hop in with me and we'd all take turns flying and gunning in the turrets and just flying around acting like Space Turds. Other than that maybe some hauling missions here and there.

Is the Andromeda really 2 mil better than the Cutty? Also are there any other ships you'd recommend for 3 players?

Also random question, do any of these ships have more than one bed? Or can everyone bed log with one bed?
