Left lane crisis

I am GENUINELY interested in knowing what goes into the mind of people in the left lane going 100 on a 110 [actually 130 with buffer] (max speed) road, and not moving even after flashing the lights at them. I usually just move to the right and let someone else with bigger headlights flash at them but at this point I’d like to do a study on such creatures and why are they so stubborn when people have places to be 🤯
