My one issue with Hurry Up Tomorrow

Is it just me or is the volume of the album really inconsistent. The first half of wake me up is really quiet, second half is loud. Niagara Falls and Take Me Back To LA are pretty loud, but Without A Warning is quiet. The album is a 10 but this just slightly annoys me
