Samsung Q990C sound cutting out when pausing/unpausing Dolby Atmos content

I recently purchased the Q990C. The sound is great, but I'm having issues with Dolby Atmos content. If I pause/unpause, sometimes the sound doesn't come back. I have to either turn the soundbar off and back on or switch the input. If I press the 'info' button on the remote while sound is working, the soundbar will say 'DOLBY ATMOS'. After the sound cuts out, it only ever says 'TV ARC'.

I've tried doing a factory reset and updating the soundbar's firmware.

If it matters at all, it is connected to a samsung 55” Q95T

I used to have another samsung soundbar, connected to the same tv, Q800T. It was also doing in for a long time. Then frequency reduced, but it was still doing it time to time
