Probably the biggest stretch to the helana-helly theory.

Anyways, this has been bothering me for a few days and I think this is additional proof that Helena is pretending to be Helly instead of actually going through the severance switch.

•(S2E2- 43:23)- Helena puts on the lanyard, and it falls over her hair. She doesn’t fix it right away because she knows she’ll have time to do it later in the lift.

•(S2E1- 25:40)- Helana runs out of the elevator attempting to give the impression that she'd been 'tackled' to the others, but only AFTER having fixed her hair in the lift placing it over the lanyard- now her hair is in its everyday position.

If this were truly Helly waking up, she would have been far too disoriented from the sudden switch—especially after being ‘tackled’—to adjust the lanyard so quickly. The lanyard would have remained over her hair, just as her outie placed it. She wouldn’t have had the time to notice it, let alone fix it immediately.

Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but this subtle detail feels intentional. In a show like this, even the smallest details can matter.
